What if I need to return something?

No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process. Please read the instructions below about our Return and Refund policies.

Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery of an item. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your item, we can’t unfortunately offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn or unused
  • All hang tags must be attached to the product (if applicable)
  • Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded, and return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the sender.
  • You are sending from the United States (our apologies for international customers).

Important note: Items purchased from an address outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. We apologize for the inconvenience for our international customers. You may contact us and get full or partial refund depending on your situation.

How to return an eligible item?

Make sure you’re a customer based in the the United States, as we are unfortunately unable to process returns coming from outside of the U.S. at this point. To complete your return, please follow these easy steps:

  1. Email us at customerservice@spiritanimal.info with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    1. We’ll respond promptly and provide you with further return instructions.
    2. Send the item(s) back to us at the address using any trackable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@spiritanimal.info.

    If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please send us your item and after inspection, we’ll process a refund (minus original shipping costs).

    Refund Policy

    If you received a wrong item or a damaged item

    In the event you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us at customerservice@spiritanimal.info as soon as possible.

    You can choose between 2 options: We will either issue a refund in full or send a correct replacement.

    Refund process to follow:

    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return

    2. Send the item(s) back to us at the address we will provide using any trackable method. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
    3. Once we receive your package and verify that the item condition, we will promptly process your full refund (minus original shipping costs) or exchange the item.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you use should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    What happens once we receive your return?

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund promptly.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Depending on your bank and method of payment, the time period necessary to see the credited amount will vary, but it’s generally within 3-5 business days after the credit is initiated.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account. Next contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
